Connecticut Invitational 2009
On Tuesday evening, November 17, 2009, the judging of the Connecticut Invitational was held under the direction of chairman Paul Peterson, MNEC, and co-chairman Loretta Paul. The competition was hosted by the Castle Craig Camera Club which meets in Meriden, CT. The judges for the evening were Rick Sereque, APSA, HonNEC, Rebecca Macfarlane, and Bill Brandt.
The Connecticut Invitational is a competition among Connecticut camera clubs held every two years in two categories, digital slides and prints. Ten clubs participated in the digital slide competition and nine clubs participaged in the print competition. In addition to the club awards, individual awards are given to the first and second place photographs in each category plus a number of honorable mentions.
